(From the last show cd/dvd)

I watched the DVD last night and it was amazing. In like the 4th song of the set, vocalist Jim Hesketh got kicked in the face so hard he was gushing blood from the side of his eye, and he fucking kept going. It took him a few seconds to regain his senses, but he just kept going.

Then on the very last song of the show, the last song of their career, it was so fucking sad because he was breaking down on stage as he was trying to sing the words, coming down to tears. It almost made me cry. Then there was a 10 foot high, 40 person pile up directly in the middle of the stage, people climbing on each other to get to the mic for the last few words of the last song. It was amazing. Then everyone in the pile gave him a giant group hug after the song and chanted "Group hug! Group hug!" over and over, then the whole crowd chanted "Champion!" for a while. Bah, it was so awesome.
